Recovery isn’t just about staying sober – it’s about remembering who you are. Have you ever felt a stranger to yourself? I have. Addiction took a lot from me – most of all it took me. In recovery we learn to reclaim our sense of self – and that includes learning to say “no”. Boundaries in recovery aren’t selfish, they are survival of self.

In my coaching, I support clients as they rebuild identity, self-trust and emotional safety without guilt. You are not meant to please everyone. You are meant to live fully, freely and authentically. Protecting your sobriety is the most important job you have. Without sobriety, all else can and usually will, be lost.

Recovery means putting yourself first. This means setting boundaries and expectations. It means unapologetically being you. Boundaries create a healthy space for you to grow and become yourself, on your term.

Let’s talk more about reclaiming YOU!
