Wellness isn’t optional – it is essential. What is essential to your emotional and physical wellness? I ask clients to write a list of what they know to be essential to maintaining wellness in their life. For example – drinking plenty of water, eating healthy and nutritious food, developing good sleep habits, exercise and movement, breathing deeply. What does your list look like? These are part of your toolbox.

It is important to understand that recovery is not just about stopping your substance use - it is about making lifestyle changes that help you create a more vibrant and healthy you. It is about looking at your emotional and physical wellness and understanding what is essential to maintain your health.
Healing starts when we show up for ourselves – on purpose. You deserve to feel well, you don’t have to settle for less or compromise.
Are you ready to start a life that feels good with wellness in recovery? I help clients build simple, powerful routines that support their sobriety.
